  5. Hello!

    faysellsthings:

You might know me as Faysbook.

I am broke, and have too many clothes. If you buy things from me, I can rectify both of those situations, killing 2 birds with one stone.

Posts with photos/details of clothing (UK 14-18/US 12-16/EU 40-46) will be coming soon. Keep your eyes peeled!

I will start posting lots of lovely clothes on FaySellsThings at 6pm GMT. T-minus 45 minutes! Yaaay!!

Also, the clothes will be UK 12/US 10/EU 40 to UK 24/US 22/EU 52, so a much more awesome range than I previously mentioned. Double yaaayy!!

  6. standalonespirit:

I am totally ready to be a plus size model…just not in blazing sun with pollen caught up in the wind. Check out my professional ‘something in my eye’ shots and try not to ruin your keyboards with lustful dribble.

This is the size 8 dress I thrifted £3. So I can now say I’m a size 8-26 depending on the elastane involved lol

What a babe! Also, yay for elastane.

  7. hydroxypropylcellulose:

Home alone and being vain, trying on everything I own and watching/laughing at Eurovision.

Babe’in, as per. Also, that sounds like a brilliant way to spend an evening.

  8. I got a new dress delivered today, as a treat for getting through exams and the hardest academic year of my life. Also, I haven’t bought clothes for 10 weeks! I’ve been lusting after this dress for months and it’s just as amazing as I’d expected. It’s soft and floaty and has the loveliest bird print on it. I don’t have anywhere to wear anything this gorgeous, and will probably return it. Oh well.
Anyway, my boyfriend asked for a photo, so he could see the dress I’ve been talking about for so long. I took lots of better, more focussed ones, but this is my favourite.
Guh, I feel so pretty right now!

  10. Fat June Fatshion Challenge

    femmesandfamily:

I am proposing a fashion challenge for June.

As it gets hotter, it gets more and more dangerous to be fat.  What I mean is this - as fat people, we are discouraged from wearing crop tops, short shorts, tiny minis, and other revealing clothing.  We are expected to cover up and hide our fat, even in sweltering weather.  We are pounded with insults, stares, and concern trolls trying to police what we wear and how we move our bodies.

    Let’s take summer back!

So this June, join me in the Fat June Fatshion Challenge.  Starting June 1st, I will be posting OOTDs everyday.  Please do so as well!

And tag your posts “FAT JUNE FATSHION CHALLENGE” so we can all revel in our fat greatness.

We’ve got TEN DAYS to get the word out.  Please reblog and participate!

  12. Fat Girls in Summer

    ladabeth:

    Fat girls in summer

should not be forced into shorts

    that hang like potato sacks

    down to kneecaps

    and over meaty thighs.

    Fat girls in summer

    should cut those frumpy frocks

    until the hem is shorter

    and jagged

    and lets them fucking breathe.

    Fat girls in summer

    should not let themselves

    be covered

    or draped

    or ignored.

    Not by people nor clothes.

À propos

Fay.
Fierce fat femme.
Fabulous feminist.
Fuck fear. Fun ftw.
