sex is not always perfect. it doesn’t have to happen with a loving partner on top of clean sheets from your favorite department store. sometimes sex is shitty and exhilarating and messy and sometimes you wake up the next morning filled with an immense amount of regret and sometimes you cry afterwards and sometimes a boy you just met gives you the best orgasm you’ve ever had and sometimes your girlfriend of three years doesn’t turn you on and sometimes you fuck people who love someone else or no one at all and sometimes you fuck people you don’t love and sometimes it happens when you are drunk or high or two hours after high school graduation or on a patch of grass that gives you a rash on your back and sometimes afterwards you think “what the hell are you doing?” or “i finally know what i’m doing” or “where is my bra?” and what i am trying to say is while sex should be enjoyable and great it isn’t always and it doesn’t come with all these rules and restrictions be safe and confused and weird and awkward and come a lot.
